Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact. All return requests require photos of the item.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund the item at no cost to you.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale, as they are made specifically for you. The deposit is fully refundable if you decline our quote before production begins.
How to Return
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Click "Request Return" on your delivered order, select the items and reason, upload photos, and submit. We will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping is at your expense. For faulty or damaged items, we cover the return shipping cost.
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This right applies from the day you receive your order.
